Trinidadian Born Natasha Andrews-Noel moved to New York in 1995, where she pursued a modeling career for 2 years.
Natasha is currently the founder and co-owner of Mastamind Productions, a music production and consulting company and the wife and manager of award-winning producer/composer Shawn Ma$taMind Noel.
Natasha started managing music bands in 1998. Under her management, the 12- member soca band Cloud IX, one of the youngest and most popular bands out of New York, toured the United States. She managed soca artiste Postman and encouraged him to put out his first album, which sold more than 5,000 copies. She also has managed Impack 2 band, Lyrikal, Naki, Kuttit, Kevon Carter among others.
Natasha has always been involved in various aspect of the Caribbean culture and was instrumental in establishing soca , parang and soca parang music on itunes and a host of other digital stores. She sits on numerous committees, including, West Indian American Carnival Association (WIADCA).
Over the years, Natasha has consulted with many artistes. Her specialty is guiding new artistes in the Caribbean music industry. Other artistes with whom Natasha has worked include Young Voice, Ms. Alysha, Yung Fire, Champeon and Leon Coldero.
Natasha also works in the PR industry and is expert in publicity and media tools.
